Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG has expanded its SHORTRON product family with another member. In addition to the standard pushbuttons and switches with conventional connections and the cable versions with M12 connection, there is now another variant with M12 connection directly integrated in the pushbutton resp. switch. SHORTRON connect thus serves the increasing demand for special M12 solutions for the industrial sector.

Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG is particularly pleased to receive the „Focus Special Mention" as 94th award for its products. The emergency-stop SIL_QRBDUVOOM125 developed by Schlegel has got this award for its innovative design achievement when participating in the Focus Open 2019 Internationaler Designpreis Baden-Württemberg. This state award honours forward-looking, professional and outstanding design achievements and is a coveted verification of high design quality. For the decision the jury considered the design of the active/inactive emergency-stop as particularly award-worthy.

The company Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG expanded its portfolio by two components for the radio sector.

With the new comprehensive series Rondex-Juwel® Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG outstandingly merges function and design. This is also confirmed by the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2018, which Schlegel got for its range Rondex-Juwel®. The modern and extremly flat design of only 2 mm height and the fine surface in the colours anthracite and silver nearly leaves nothing to be desired as to elegance and aesthetic. In case it still has to be a bit more exclusive there is also a particularly appealing stainless steel version available.
Among others, the actuators give a unique and appealing look for example to cockpits of vehicles and yachts, the control panels in lifts or the operating panels of machines. At the same time the Rondex-Juwel® range represents high functionality and quality. The well thought out, robust construction ensures a long lifetime and an optimal handling of many diverse requirements. In addition, the illuminated versions with a good surface illumination are convincing. A further advantage: Rondex-Juwel® is designed for the use in high switching voltages of up to 440 V as well as for very low currents of just a few mA and thus offers a wide range of possible applications.
Optically the actuators harmonise with the proved Rontron-R-Juwel series and thus allow many combination possibilities.
